Essential oils are everywhere! Perhaps you have a friend or family member that sells them. Maybe you’ve seen them as you scroll your social media feed… but what do you actually do with them? I know the feeling. I originally bought a kit of essential oils, and I wasn’t sure what to do with most of them. I decided to start compiling a list of all the ways I’ve used different essential oils over the years; and it continues to grow as I add more oils to my collection. The oils are listed in alphabetical order for your convenience, starting with recipes using a single essential oil (like lemon, lavender, or peppermint), then recipes using blends (like immune supporting blends), and finally diffuser blends for creating wonderful mixes in your diffuser.
